DISCONNECT MYSELF


  1. Read a book.
  2. Take a walk with stripe, my beagle
  3. Spend some time decluttering your house.
    A portion at a time, or just mopping up cat poo
  4. Take the time to cook your dinner — and dinner for the next few nights, too.
    I do this at the moment
  5. Work on your drawing skills & piano
  6. Meet up with friends for tea and conversation.
    I only have 3 close friends that are worth my time.
