losing weight

im trying to lose 5 kg. decided to lose the weight as i did not like my reflection in the dojo mirror. kicks were also getting slow.

my yesterday's meal:

- small serving of traditional chinese noodle (with mushroom feeling) no meat
- 6 crackers
- lots and lots of water & juice

activities:
- taught one class.
- 15 min on sand bag


today:
- traditional indian bread (3/4 finished)
- lots and lots of water & juice

activities:
- taught one class.
- 15 min on sand bag
