ON 7 MARCH 2009, SALESMAN GIVE WRONG INFORMATION SAYING THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR INSTALLMENT PLAN BUT AFTER CREDIT CARD WAS SWIPED (TOTAL RM4915), INDICATED THERE IS 6% BANK CHARGE. I ASKED TO VOID THE TRANSACTION IMMEDIATELY, BUT WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT DO THIS. THEY PROMISED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, THEY WILL VOID THE TRANSACTION.
NO ACTION DONE UNTIL 16 MARCH, PUCHONG MANAGER CALLED AND SAY THEY WILL ISSUE A CHEQUE AS BANK WILL ONLY REFUND THE TOTAL - 6%. I AGREED. NO ACTION UNTIL 27 MARCH. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD CHAN FURNITURE HQ HAS REQUESTED WITH HSBC TO REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT ON 18 MARCH 2009 BUT I CHECK WITH HSBC MY ACCOUNT STILL OWES RM4915. CHAN FURNITURE HAS BEEN DOING NOTHING AND KEEPING MY MONEY FOR ALMOST A MONTH.
