I spend 10 hours daily on my office desk. When I'm bored/sleepy/busy, I snack. A lot. So it's time to stop. I set a rule to myself and told a close colleague (so she can embarrass me if I don't follow my own rule).
- no snacking at my own table
- clear my table of snacks
- if I am hungry, the pantry it is
I'm going to transition to my home office desk now.
